To take Thrive, you will need a computer with Internet access and audio capabilities. A closed-caption version is also available. We advise you to have all other programs or applications turned off, including music, video clips, and Instant Messaging. If you do not have these system requirements at home, please check out your local library or cyber cafe for internet access. Thrive should not be taken by cell phone but is available on tablet, desktop, or laptop. Also, see the Troubleshooting Guide for more information.

Starting the Course

To begin Thrive:

  1. You will receive an email to your Crimson email account from Thrive.
  2. Click on link in the email to access Thrive.
  3. Login using your myBama username and password.
  4. To log back into your account, always access Thrive from the email sent to your account and follow steps 2 and 3.
